Frog Log and some new inflatables

The Frog Log!
We just got another shipment in from Swimline. The Frog Log is just one of several items that were added to RecSupply.com today. It is a great way for home pool owners to accommodate some of the little critters that find their way into pools and give them a chance to get out alive. Afte all, who likes cleaning dead critters out of swimming pools?

We also got some unique new inflatables into stock today!

The EZ-Ring!

The Orca Squirt-Gun Ride-On!

The Giant T-Rex!

The Puddle Jumper Toddler Seat!

The Alien Eyeball Toss Game!
Finally, we received a shipment of the Pool Tunes Floating Speaker & LED Light. This item will transmit from your MP3 player's headset jack to the floating speaker. I am anxious to try this out at my home pool. While I don't expect BOSE quality sound, of course, I expect it should be more than adequate for some nice outdoor listening, and I won't have to worry about getting the speaker wet because it's waterproof up to 3 feet underwater for 30 minutes. When I checked out this item at the Pool/Spa Expo in Las Vegas last fall, I thought that for the price, this could be alright!

2011 Catalog...have you gotten yours yet?

If you are a buyer for a commercial swimming pool or aquatics facility, you should have received our 2011 catalog by now. If you haven't gotten your copy, email us at sales@recsupply.com to request one and we will drop it in the mail right away. If you can't wait, you can download our catalog in PDF format from our Literature Department or flip through it on our Athletic Business microsite! Just click on the Catalogs tab, and you should be able to figure out what to do from there. There were a few minor errors in the catalog. The PDF version on our website is the most up-to-date version, with most errors corrected. The most significant changes are to a couple of the Aqua Products Pool Cleaner features on page 2, and also some of the "Gallons Filtered" and cleaner coverage in the table at the bottom of that page. I received some updated information after we went to press. Thanks for checking in!

This is the place to see what's going on behind the scenes!

RecSupply.com has undergone some significant changes in the last couple months, and we are working hard to improve our features and add more products and helpful information to the site.

In 2011, we switched to a new website content management system. As part of the switch, we imported some recently active customer information, but not all customers were able to import. If you have trouble logging in to our site with your existing login and password, or if you have an existing mail order account that you would like to access online, please call me, Kari, Jamie or Natalie. One of us can work with you to securely activate your online account access. Or, if you like, you may create a new account and we can link your existing account to it at your request.

This week we have activated about 200 new items on our website. Several of them can be viewed in our new category "New for 2011!" We have many more items to add. We also activated some new, informative pages for our "Call For Pricing" Items... things like large filters, pool heaters, gutters and bulkheads, grating, and more. While these items are not available for purchase online, we want you to know that the products are available and give you some useful information. However, we require a little more information from you in order to select and price the most appropriate product for your application. Check out the "Custom Items" link in the menu bar.

Today, we implemented a design change to pages in the Parts Department so that the pages are easier to read. We still have a lot of work to do to match part descriptions to the numbered diagrams. The Parts Department is a little frustrating right now and not where we want it to be. Please be patient with us since there is a lot of work to do. In the meantime, email or call us if you need assistance with parts ordering.

Our 2011 catalog mails out to our customer list the week of March 20-26. If you are expecting a copy in the mail and don't see it by around April 10, then call or email us! We will be happy to send one out right away. Or, if you prefer, you will be able to download it in PDF format from our site.
